Four hours usually carries you from drinks through to dancing. Three suits a smaller, closer evening.
- Set up before guests arrive — we need about an hour and a plug point.
- Busiest between the end of dinner and the first hour of dancing.
- We work around speeches; the booth is quiet when it needs to be.
- Breakdown after you leave, or whenever the venue needs the space.

How much does a wedding photo booth cost in Johannesburg?
Most weddings land between R8 000 and R12 000, fully staffed. We quote individually, because a small shower and a three-hundred-guest wedding are not the same job. Your quote is shaped by the hours you need, your guest count (which sets the print allowance) and your venue. Two crew, setup and breakdown, a custom strip design and a styled backdrop are included every time. Send us your date and we will come back within 24 hours.
How much space does the booth need?
About 3m x 3m including the backdrop, on a level surface indoors, within reach of a standard plug point. The booth works indoors only — it is electronic, and the printer cannot be exposed to weather.
How long does setup take?
About an hour before your first guest arrives. We arrange access with your venue or coordinator directly so it never lands on you.
Do we get the prints at the event?
Yes. That is the entire point. Prints come out in roughly twenty seconds and go straight into your guests' hands.
Do you travel outside Johannesburg?
We cover Johannesburg, Sandton, Randburg, Midrand, Roodepoort and Pretoria as standard. Further afield is possible — tell us the venue and we will quote travel.
