How it works on the day
Easy for every age in the room.
Reunions run long and slow, often over a lunch. We set up out of the way and let people come to it when they are ready.
- Three or four hours suits most reunions.
- Indoors, roughly 3m x 3m, on a level surface with a plug point.
- Seating nearby helps — older guests often want a turn sitting down.
- Print allowance sized to the number of people, not the number of households.

Before you ask.
How much is a photo booth for a family reunion?
Reunions start from R4 000, fully staffed, including the custom print design and a styled backdrop. Tell us your date, venue and rough numbers and we will quote it properly.
Can everyone fit in one photograph?
It is an open booth rather than an enclosed cubicle, so large groups fit in the frame together. For a whole-family photograph we will set it up so nobody is left out of the shot.
Is it manageable for older guests?
Yes. Two crew are there throughout to help people in and out, and there is no machine to operate. If you can put a chair nearby, we will use it.
Can each household get their own print?
Yes — that is usually the point. The allowance is sized so people can print freely rather than sharing one copy between families.
Can you set up at a home?
Often, yes. We need roughly 3m x 3m on a level surface indoors, within reach of a plug point.
