Corporate & year-end — Johannesburg
The part people actually remember.
Year-end functions live or die on whether people stay. A booth gives the room something to do together — and everyone goes home with a photograph of the colleagues they actually like.
What your events team gets
Nothing to manage.
You have enough moving parts. We arrive, set up, run it, and leave the venue as we found it.
- Two crew on site for the full booking — no staff of yours required.
- Your branding on the print, designed properly rather than a logo dropped in a corner.
- A styled backdrop that photographs well under function-room lighting.
- A digital gallery afterwards for internal comms or social.
- Setup, breakdown and a single invoice.
People keep photographs of themselves. They keep nothing else you hand them.
People keep photographs of themselves. It is the only piece of event collateral that reliably outlives the event.
Where it works
Beyond the year-end.
Anywhere people are standing around with a drink and not enough to do.
- Year-end and gala functions.
- Conferences and exhibition stands.
- Staff awards and long-service events.
- Product launches and client events.
- Team days and onboarding events.
Questions
Before you ask.
How much is corporate photo booth hire in Johannesburg?
We quote each event individually, based on hours, expected attendance and venue. Every booking includes two crew, setup and breakdown, custom print design and a styled backdrop. We invoice on standard company terms and can supply a formal written quote for procurement.
Can the prints carry our branding?
Yes. The print design is made for your event, so logos, colours and campaign artwork are built into it properly rather than dropped on afterwards.
Do you supply your own staff?
Always. Two crew attend every booking. Nobody from your team needs to run the booth or manage the queue.
Can we get the images afterwards?
Yes — every image is delivered in a digital gallery after the event, ready for internal comms or social.
What do you need from the venue?
Roughly 3m x 3m indoors, a standard plug point, and access about an hour before guests arrive.
