How it's paid for
The committee books it. Each matric buys their own.
A R1 400 call-out covers our travel, setup and two crew for two hours. After that, learners pay R50 a print at the booth — so the committee's budget never has to guess how many prints a year group will want. And if the matrics buy more than 100 prints on the night, we refund the call-out.

How much is a matric dance photo booth in Johannesburg?
The school or committee pays a R1 400 call-out, which covers our travel, setup and two crew for two hours. Learners then pay R50 a print at the booth, on the night. If they buy more than 100 prints, we refund the R1 400 to the school. Longer bookings are quoted. Send us the date, venue and number of matrics and we will come back within 24 hours.
Who do you deal with — the school or the parents?
Either. We work with whoever is organising: a parents' committee, the school, or a venue coordinator. Tell us who to contact and we deal with them directly.
Can the design match our theme?
Yes. The print design is made for your evening — school, year, colours and theme built into it rather than a template with a date dropped in.
Will the queue hold up a big group?
Two crew run the booth for the full booking and keep it moving. It is an open booth, so a whole friendship group goes in at once rather than one pair at a time.
Do the matrics get digital copies too?
No, deliberately. Every photograph is printed there and then, and the print is theirs. It is the one from that night that still exists in ten years.
